In a surprising act of divine world-generation, a new civilization has emerged within the pixelated realm of Minecraft. The godlike entity known as Aelorus, a rarely seen figure in the mythos of block-based theology, has officially launched Game of Free — a newly generated world where the first structure to rise was a full-scale version of the United States of America. Sources within the Admin Council confirm that this marks the first time in server history that an entire real-world-inspired region was placed as the starting point for a new world.
“The choice to start with America was intentional,” said Councilmember 64bitThomas in an interview. “It represents the idea of user freedom, decentralized building, and no enforced spawn limitations.”
New Bloklyn: The Player’s Entry Point
The capital of Game of Free, known as New Bloklyn, serves as the global spawn. The city features player-run shops, a functioning democracy plugin, and an auto-sorting redstone subway system. It also houses the Oval Block Office, where temporary server leadership decisions are voted on weekly through a chest-based ballot system.
Despite being a young world — only 12 real-world hours old at the time of reporting — land claims have already spread across four zones: Floriblocka Jungle, Brickago Fields, Nevabrick Desert, and Mount Washblockton. Each biome offers a different resource economy and is open for unregulated exploration.
