In the United Blocks of America, the president is not just a symbolic leader — they are, by definition, the highest in-game authority. But what exactly can a president do? And where do the limits lie?
✅ Presidential Powers
- Full leadership in-game: The president decides how the world is shaped, organized, and ruled — as long as it fits within server guidelines.
- Lawmaking: May create, modify, or repeal laws. All laws must be submitted to The Admin Council. If approved, they become effective at the start of the term.
- Foreign relations: Can engage in simulated diplomacy with other nations and define international partnerships.
- Decision-making: Handles major requests from the Admin Council, including military and economic decisions with real in-game consequences.
- Justice control: Determines standard jail durations for most offenses, except a few predefined categories.
⚠️ Limits and Structure
- Guideline-bound: All major changes must follow The Admin Council’s framework.
- Cabinet advisory only: Ministers give input but cannot enact any decisions without presidential approval.
- Vice President: Acts as secondary leader. If the president is inactive, the VP steps in for communication — not decisions.
- No unilateral cabinet action: The cabinet has no power to override or bypass the president.
